Dr. Banerji is a Medical Oncologist at CancerCare Manitoba and Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Canada. His clinical practice is focused on the treatment of thoracic cancers and sarcoma. He is also the Director of Precision Oncology and Advanced Therapeutics where he guides the Provincial strategy to implement molecular diagnostics for cancer care. His laboratory at the Paul Albrechtsen Research Institute is focused on the application of novel diagnostic technologies including Comprehensive Genomic Profiling to guide cancer discovery and treatment. He is currently serving as the co-chair of the Sarcoma Disease Site Committee of the Canadian Cancer Trials Group.
