Kristen M. Tecson earned her PhD in Statistical Science in 2015 from Baylor University (Waco, Texas). From 2015 – 2022 she was the Biostatistician for the Baylor Heart and Vascular Institute in Dallas, Texas, where she collaborated on multidisciplinary teams to conduct cardiovascular research in the real-world data setting. She regularly developed grants as the Principal Investigator, co-authored more than 75 peer-reviewed manuscripts, and taught research methodology to those in the fellowship program. Dr. Tecson joined Daiichi Sankyo’s Evidence Generation department in June of 2022, where she is primarily responsible for conducting post-hoc analyses of existing oncology clinical trials, as well as designing and managing statistical aspects of new clinical studies in partnership with Global Oncology Medical Affairs and Health Economics and Outcomes Research departments.
