Dr. Armstrong is a pediatric oncologist who leads the Solid Tumor Program at Washington University in St. Louis affiliated with Siteman Kids, co-directs the Adolescent and Young Adult Sarcoma program with medical oncology at Siteman Cancer Center and works on expanding therapeutic options for patients with Neurofibromatosis Type 1-related non-CNS tumors. She is a member of the Children’s Oncology Group Renal Tumor Committee with a particular interest in the treatment of high-risk Wilms tumors and serves as the Young Investigator liaison. Dr. Armstrong serves as site Principal Investigator for the Children's Oncology Group, Neurofibromatosis Clinical Trials Consortium and National Pediatric Cancer Foundation.
