I am the lead scientist at CDH at NCCS specialising in NGS.
The NGS platforms that I am using include Illumina and MGI DNB.
These NGS projects include bulk and single-cell anayses of genetics, epigenetics and tramscriptomics data.
I am also involved in spatial transcriptomics projects that are based on Visium and STOMics platforms.
Area of research includes cancer and immunology.
