Engaged in the clinical diagnosis, treatment and scientific research of malignant bone tumors, focusing on the clinical issue of "heterogeneous molecular mechanisms and intervention strategies of osteosarcoma". Discovering new biomarkers to improve the early diagnosis rate of lung metastasis of osteosarcoma, the product has been transformed and launched; Establish a new method for molecular typing of osteosarcoma and propose a new strategy for targeted therapy to improve the overall prognosis of osteosarcoma. Published over 60 SCI papers as first author and corresponding author in Nature Commun, PNAS, Advanced Science, Cancer Letter, Oncogene, etc. Received 7 patent authorizations, including 2 international patents.
