I am a MD/PhD student at The Ohio State University College of Medicine (Columbus, OH, USA). Currently, I am pursuing a PhD under the co-mentorship of Dr. Timothy Cripe and Dr. Dawn Chandler at The Abigal Wexner Research Institute, Nationwide Children's Hospital (Columbus, OH, USA). My research interests lie in merging RNA biology (specifically alternative splicing and the production of novel splice variants) and translational therapeutics (RNA oligonucleotides, viral delivery) in pediatric cancers. In the future, I hope to become a pediatric oncologist and care for children with cancer while also researching cancer-causing mechanisms and developing therapeutics.
