My research interestes lie in understanding the influence of the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment on immunotherapies such as virotherapy and adaptive cell therapy. We have identified that both innate and adaptive immune cells play important roles in virotherapy. We aim to enhance oncolytic virothearpy by modulating immunosuppressive tumor microenviroment with trabectedin.
