Steve Bialick, DO is a sarcoma and gastrointestinal medical oncologist at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. Dr. Bialick works as part of a multidisciplinary team of cancer experts and medical science researchers. He earned his medical degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine in New Jersey. Dr. Bialick’s career highlights include board certification in internal medicine now with a clinical focus in benign and malignant connective tissue tumors, rare and ultra-rare malignancies, and gastrointestinal cancers. He completed internal medicine internship and residency training at Pennsylvania Hospital within the University of Pennsylvania Health System in Philadelphia, PA and completed his hematology/oncology fellowship training at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami in Miami, FL. Steve attended his first CTOS meeting in 2018 has since collaborated on many peer-reviewed journal publications along with national and international oral presentations on circulating tumor DNA and its role in guiding targeted sarcoma therapy, hereditary cancer predisposition syndromes, and the role of DNA damage repair pathways in sarcoma.
