PhD student at Gustave Roussy with a Master degree in Bioinformatics, i am working on the establishment of a similarity score between PDX samples and corresponding human tumor samples.
the first cohort i analysed came frome the study os2006, an osteoasarcoma deep cohort with PDX models made for 8 patients.
I am now working on the PDX models of the cohort MAPPYACT that is a multi-cancer cohort.
With those data and the method i am creating i hope to create a way to score the similarity between PDX samples and corresponding human tumor
