I am a consultant of Medical Oncology, currently working as a full time consultant at King Hussein Cancer Center, Amman-Jordan.
I have special interest in Sarcomas and Genitourinary malignancies, which are both my main field of research and practice.
I graduated from the Medical School- University of Jordan, then I was granted the high specialty degree in Internal medicine from Jordan University of Science and Technology.
My qualifications also include the Jordanian Board of Internal medicine and mefical oncology.
I have also completed fellowship in medical oncology in Sarcomas, GU oncology, and phase 1 trials from University of Toronto, the Princess Margaret cancer center and Mount Sinai hospitals, Toronto, ON, Canada.
I also work as a teaching assistant in the medical school of University of Jordan, and also as a member of the executive board of the Jordan society of medical Oncology.
Currently I am a member of the EORTC- sarcoma group, quality of life group, and GU oncology group, and a member of ASCO.
I am also a sector editior of Cancer Control Journal.
I have authored many publications in sarcoma, GU, thoracic oncology, and phase 1 trials, and was granted many awards for sarcoma and GU oncology research.
