Dr. Antonin Marchais is the group leader of the Computational Personalized Medicine in Pediatric Oncology and Osteosarcoma at Gustave Roussy Institute.
Since 2019, Dr. Marchais and his team have actively participated in the precision medicine program for pediatric oncology, focusing on comprehensive Omics integration studies, to unravel the role of the immune microenvironment in pediatric cancer relapse and drug resistance. Their goal is to enhance our comprehension of pediatric cancer, identify novel biomarkers, and pinpoint potential drug targets.
On the clinical front, Dr. Marchais and his team are dedicated to facilitating diagnosis and prognosis procedures through liquid biopsy techniques. Beyond research, their commitment extends to data structuring and sharing, as they work to implement a data ecosystem for storing and disseminating heterogeneous clinical, biological, and Omics data.
