Dr Andelkovic is a medical oncologist with a strong interest in clinical research in bone and soft tissue sarcoma. He is an investigator in numerous sarcoma clinical trials in his role as Senior Staff Specialist at Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane, and as Visiting Medical Officer at Icon Cancer Centre in South Brisbane.
In addition to his clinical and research roles, Dr Andelkovic is affiliated with The University of Queensland as a Senior Lecturer where he teaches undergraduate and postgraduate students about bone and soft tissue pathology.
His other interest areas within oncology include hepatocellular and upper gastrointestinal malignancies as well as breast cancer.
