Dr Jyoti Bajpai is a passionate medical oncologist, always ready to learn new things and extremely open to connect to various stakeholders across geographic boundaries and exceptionally good in building and maintaining teams.
Her oncology training involves leading institutes in India and abroad including All India Institute of Medical sciences, Memorial Sloan catering, John Hopkins and she is an ESMO leader’s generation programme graduate.
She is an avid multitasker and courageous to take challenges in a rational way considering the strengths and limitations. She was pivotal in several initiatives in Country and SAARC region inclusive of , pioneering the Indian Immuno-oncology society of India(founder general secretary) and Women in oncology(W4O) –India and SAARC nations (founder chair).Additionally , she is representing country in reputated international societies as a core member in society of immunotherapy of cancer(SITC) global access and impact committee member, as well as ESMO-W4O and ESMO-Immunotherapy track faculty. With these global and national organizations she is trying hard to work towards work force equity especially to establish gender neutral environment in oncology.
She is an important contributor towards development of prestigious international ESMO , SITC , ABC and ESMO-PAGA, guidelines for sarcoma and Immunotherapy and breast cancer.
Her other research work includes international and national publications (194) in the field of Rare cancers (sarcomas, pregnancy associated cancers), building low-cost efficacious protocols for low –middle income countries, breast and, gynaecological cancers, gender equality and Immuno-oncology.
Besides, She is having a rich experience to be in editorial and reviewers boards of international and national Journals, Primary investigator of good number of randomised trials and mentoring students from institutional, national and international forums.
