Emre Arslan earned a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering (2018) and an M.E. (2014) from Texas A&M University, after obtaining a B.Sc. in Electronics and telecommunication Engineering (2010) at Istanbul Technical University. His research interests include machine / deep learning applications in high-dimensional datasets. He has been working as a principal research scientist at MD Anderson Cancer Center and leads several single-cell resolution transcriptomics, epigenomics, and spatial transcriptomics projects.
