She graduated in Biology, with a major in molecular biology (L-13) at University of Molise in 2012, with a thesis on the role of SNARE proteins in vesicular trafficking. Afterwards, she continued his studies with a master's degree in Health Biology (LM-6), graduating from the University of Bologna in 2015, with a thesis on gliobastoma multiforme. In 2016, she has a research fellowship at Dept. Dermatology, Policlinico Umberto I,University "La Sapienza" Rome.
In 2017 she started her PhD in "Cellular and Molecular Biology" at CancerEvolutionLab, University of Bologna, during which she worked on the development of a glioblastoma multiforme model using Drosophila melanogaster. She completed her doctorate in 2021.
Instead, in 2022, she focused on clinical research by serving as clinical study coordinator and research manager at the Clinical Research Center of the U.O. of HEMATOLOGY, IRCCS Policlinico di Sant'Orsola in Bologna. She currently holds the position of project manager at the Osteoncology, Bone and Soft Tissue Sarcomas and Innovative Therapies Unit at the Rizzoli Orthopaedic Institute.
