Dr. John Rieth is an assistant professor of medical oncology at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa. His undergraduate studies were at the University of Notre Dame, and he attended medical school at Indiana University School of Medicine, completing his studies in 2018. After medical school, he pursued internal medicine residency and fellowship in oncology at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics. Dr. Rieth has extensively studied both sarcoma and melanoma. His work in sarcoma includes neoadjuvant therapy, and he has a particular interest in the use of immunotherapy in sarcoma treatment.
