Texas Children's Hospital / Baylor College of Medicine Center for Cell and Gene Therapy

Candise Tat is a research assistant in the lab of Dr. Bilal Omer. She earned her Bachelor's of Science degree and a minor in Business from Rice University in Houston, TX, and her Master's of Public Health degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston School of Public Health. Candise is passionate about cancer prevention and research, and she believes in the need to merge public health and biosciences to advance healthcare.
