Peng Zhang is Chief Physician and Associate Professor of Gastrointestinal Surgery at the Union Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Focuses on the fundamental and minimally invasive treatment of gastrointestinal malignancies, with particular emphasis on the standardization and individualized treatment of gastric cancer, gastrointestinal stromal tumors, colorectal cancer, and neuroendocrine tumors.

Over the past five years, I have published more than 40 articles as the first author or corresponding author, including 20 articles indexed in the Science Citation Index (SCI).
Ÿ The Editor-in-Chief of Precision Diagnosis, Treatment, and Comprehensive Management of Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Typical Cases in Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors: Diagnosis, Treatment, and Analysis. As the primary author, contributed significantly to the Chinese Expert Consensus on Comprehensive Management of Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors (2020 Edition) and Chinese Expert Consensus on Gene Detection and Clinical Application of Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors (2021 Edition).
