Zhongting Zhang is a Principal Research Scientist, working at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Currently, I am working on genomic profiling of osteosarcoma to find the markers for developing the specific target therapy of osteosarcoma and identify novel surface targets in osteosarcoma using integrative surfaceome profiling and RNA-seq, develop new therapeutic antibodies and make new antibody conjugated drugs. Also, I am working on preclinical testing using osteosarcoma Patient-derived xenografts (PDX) models in the PIVOT program.
From my early medical research experience, I have worked in Urology oncology and developed the first transgenic model using uroplakin II promoter. Over the course of three decades in many different medical fields including Pediatric Oncology and Clinical Cytogenetics, In addition, I have worked on patient care services for more than 10 years.
Besides my work, I would love to spend time traveling and reading.
