Dr. Chia-Lang Hsu is an Associate Research Fellow in the Department of Medical Research and Principal Investigator of the High-throughput Genomics and Big Data Analysis Core at National Taiwan University. Dr. Hsu's research interests focus on the development of NGS-based diagnostic methods, particularly utilizing long-read sequencing techniques for the detection of structural variants, and the application of computational strategies to investigate the tumor immune microenvironment and identify biomarkers associated with the response to immunotherapy. Currently, Dr. Hsu serves as the Secretary-General of the Taiwan Society of Evolution and Computational Biology (TSECB).
