Bioinformatician
BostonGene, Corp.
From the year 2019, I was obtaining my Bachelor's degree from the Department of Biotechnology and Molecular Biology at the Higher School of Economy, Moscow, Russia. Concurrently, I engaged in a part-time position as an intern researcher in the bioinformatics group led by Mikhail Gelfand at the Russian Academy of Science, specializing in comparative genomics and regulatory secondary RNA structures in bacteria.
In December 2021, I began an internship as a junior bioinformatician at BostonGene. Subsequent to leaving Russia in March 2022, I relocated to Yerevan, Armenia. Currently, I am employed as a bioinformatician at BostonGene, where my primary responsibilities include sarcoma research, cancer transcriptomics, and facilitating research collaborations.
At the same time, I am pursuing a Master's-level degree at the Russian-Armenian University (RAU), Department of Bioengineering, Bioinformatics and Molecular Biology, in Yerevan, Armenia.
