Lindy Zhang, MD is a Pediatric Hematology/Oncology clinical fellow at the Johns Hopkins Hospital/National Institutes of Health combined program and a Ph.D. candidate in Cellular and Molecular Medicine at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. She completed her bachelors of science in biochemistry at the University of Michigan and her medical degree with clinical research distinction at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Her primary research interest focuses on understanding the signaling pathways and adaptive changes within these networks in Neurofibromatosis type 1-related tumors and establishing immunotherapy in the treatment of malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor. In her free time, she loves to bake cookies, read fictional coming-of-age novels, and doing pilates and yoga.
