Research Technician
The West German Cancer Centre, University Hospital Essen, Germany
I have worked for two years as a research technician in the lab of Dr. Sebastian Bauer, West German Cancer Centre, University Hospital Essen, Germany. During this time my work focused on using CRISPR/Cas9 to model the heterogeneity of primary and secondary resistance mutations in GIST, and carrying out large-scale compound screens in cell line models. I am currently continuing my studies at the University of Edinburgh, but remain an active collaborator with the Bauer lab in Essen.
