Bill’s academic and clinical career focuses on providing comprehensive care for patients, primarily the underserved and underrepresented, bringing cutting edge research into the clinics. Bill is Chief of the Sarcoma Medical Oncology Service at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK). Bill is also Co-Director of The MSK Sarcoma Center and of The Lisa and Scott Stuart Center for Adolescent and Young Adult Cacner. Bill is also active in health outcomes work, promoting equity in cancer care. His overall goal is to improve the comprehensive biopsychosocial care for patients with cancer and rare diseases, while training the next generation of clinicians and scientists.
