Account and Platform Access
How do I log into the CTOS Annual Meeting?
Registered attendees will receive an email with an access code that can be used to log in to the website here. If you do not remember your login information, please use the “Forgot Access Key” link.
How do I access the presentations, posters, and other conference materials?
Many features are only accessible to registered attendees. Once logged in, the vertical menu on the left side of the screen will give you options for browsing the various aspects of the conference.
How do I create my schedule?
Once logged in to your account, you can Favorite a session by clicking the star on the right side of each session. This will add it to the My Schedule page. You can remove a session from your Favorites by clicking the star icon again.
How do I update my profile and/or add a photo?
While logged in to your account, you can navigate to your profile by clicking on your first name and last initial in the top right corner, clicking the drop-down arrow, and selecting My Conference Profile.
To add a photo, click Upload Photo, crop as needed, and then click Save My Profile.
When I try logging in, it says “Account was not found” or I used the “Forgot Access Key?” link but haven’t received the email.

General troubleshooting tips for the platform:
- Use the latest Google Chrome (Preferred), Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge
- Disconnect from VPN
- If you are in the office, try another network (some offices have robust firewalls that will block video and video chat)
- If your office has a firewall, have your IT staff make sure that you can access streaming audio/video
- Clear your web browser history and cache
- Close any other tabs that may be using a lot of bandwidth
- If you are at home, make sure you are not also using streaming services like Netflix, etc. which could impact your available bandwidth
- Check your internet connection
- Use a hard-wired internet connection if possible
- If you have to use WIFI, make sure you are close to the WIFI device

What is My Experience?
My Experience is a feature that gives you easy access to all of your favorite items! You can easily view favorite sessions, speakers, posters, sponsors, attendees, and more.
How do I view my attendee messages?
Go to My Experience on the left side navigation, from there you will select the Networking icon, which will summarize all of your interactions with other attendees.

Networking
How do I connect with other attendees?
Registered attendees will receive a link to set up their profiles. Upload a photo, add your bio, and link to your social media accounts. You can browse the attendee list and connect with them directly using the Message feature.
Poster Gallery and Sessions
How do I submit a question to a poster presenter?
As you are viewing a poster pop-up, you can select the Q&A button at the bottom right and submit a question. Don’t forget to check back for the answer!
You can also interact with the poster presenter and other attendees viewing the poster in the Discussion tab.
